Reynolds graduated from Clemson University in 2003, and from The USC School of Law in 2008. Upon graduation Reynolds worked for 3 years at the firm McDonald McKenzie Rubin Miller & Lybrand L.L.P. While there, Reynolds actively practiced in Common Pleas, General Sessions, the Family Court, and the Court of Appeals. He has tried jury trials to verdict in Federal District Court, General Sessions, Common Pleas, and Magistrate Court. In addition, he has tried several cases in Family Court. In 2011, Reynolds went to work with his father Stevens B. Elliott. Now his practice focuses primarily on family law and personal injury law. He has been an OID family court contract attorney since the inception of the program. He has served on the South Carolina Bar’s Judicial Qualification’s Committee, the Judicial Parent Attorney Standards Committee, and the Advisory Group For Abused and Neglected Delinquent Youth. Reynolds lives in Columbia with his wife and 3 children.
